About Us

Founded in 2017 by Bob and Jen Westerfield of Springboro Ohio, along with initial 10u Head Coach Jason Head, The Dayton Impact Baseball organization is a 501c(3) organization consisting of three 16u, one 14u, two 12u, two 11u, and two 9u select baseball teams and one 14u select softball team created to implement transformational coaching for players through the games of baseball and softball. The coaching is guided by Christian principles which is further supported by our membership to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. The goal of the organization is not only to improve skills and play well competitively, but also to develop young men and women who impact their communities in positive ways. Over the last seven years we have given back to our community by working with The Hope House, Matthew 25 Ministries, InnKeeper Ministries, and Bethany Lutheran Village as well as many others. 

More than anything, we want the boys and girls to have fun! Our mission: to develop and nourish relationships within communities while making a difference, serving Christ and positively affecting people's’ lives.
